Description
Looking for flexible field-based consulting work? Put your experience in building inspection, construction, safety, facilities, fire prevention, property management, or insurance to work with Sedgwick.
What You'll Do
- Conduct commercial property and general liability inspections
Assess retail stores, offices, restaurants, schools, apartments, and other commercial properties
Take photos, measurements, and document property conditions
Prepare clear inspection reports with observations and recommendations
Compensation
Most assignments are paid on a flat-fee basis and typically range from $60-$100 per completed inspection, depending on assignment type, location, and client requirements.

Requirements
Who We're Looking for Professionals with experience in:
- Building inspection or code enforcement
- Fire/life safety
- Safety or EHS
- Construction supervision
- Facilities or property management
- Insurance, claims, underwriting, or risk control
- Retired and second-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Previous loss control experience is helpful but not required
